Daifuku's demo center, Hini Arata Kan, is located in Shiga, Japan (northeast of Osaka) on our main manufacturing campus. Within its three stories and 6,049 square meters (65,110 square feet), the facility displays an array of Daifuku's material handling equipment including:

• Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (AS/RS)
  • Unit Load AS/RS
  • Mini Load AS/RS
• Automated Vehicle - Including AGVs and STVs
• Sorting & Picking systems
• Automotive assembly line
• And more!

Guided tours are given in English and Japanese Tuesday through Saturday. Visitors can interact with the running equipment as they would within an actual manufacturing or distribution facility. New customers are encouraged to visit the facility.

The Hini Arata Kan material handling and logistics demonstration center was opened in 1994. Every few years, equipment is updated to reflect Daifuku's newest technological innovations.
